1. Eligibility

• The New Client Deals are available exclusively to clients who have never visited a Head Rush location before.

• Offers are limited to one per client.

2. Booking & Availability

• Appointments must be booked in advance, subject to availability.

• Only certain stylists at Head Rush offer New Client Deals.

• To secure the offer, please book the New Client Deal through the Online Booking System.

3. Services Included

• The Balayage Package includes Balayage, Toner, Express Treatment, and a Cut & Blow Wave.

• The Global Colour Package includes one Global Colour, Express Treatment, and a Cut & Blow Wave.

• The Half Head Package includes a Half Head of Highlights, Toner, Express Treatment, and a Cut & Blow Wave.

• Additional services can be added to these packages and will be charged at full price.

• We will not reduce the package price any further if you opt out of a specific service included.

4. Pricing

• The price for the packages are a starting price, the deals start are a from price calculated for medium thickness, shoulder length hair. The price may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and specific service requirements. Additional product or time is charged as necessary.

• A quote and price breakdown will be given during the consultation.

5. Payment

• A non-refundable booking deposit of $50 or 30% is required to confirm an appointment, with the balance payable on the day of the service.

• No refunds are permitted once the service is completed. See our complaints and re-do policy for more information.

6. Cancellation Policy

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Failure to provide adequate notice of cancellation will lead to the loss of your booking deposit.

• If you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the allowed time frame, your booking deposit will be credited to your account.

7. Other Conditions

• These offers cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or vouchers.

• Head Rush reserves the right to refuse service if the terms and conditions are not met.
